Regarding the IP area, Lerroux has a specialized section as Official Agents of the IP and full members before the Institut der beim Europäischen Patentamt of München, which allows us to file, defend and obtain the so-called European Patent, as European Patent Attorneys, as well as the World Patent PCT and/or through international conventions PCT (Washington Treaty, June the 19th, 1970) and EP (München Convention, October the 5th, 1973).

Furthermore, on the occasion of the creation of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) regarding trademarks and designs, we were assigned as authorized representatives before it.
