INTERNATIONAL TRADE

Lerroux has developed an extended experience in this area, which involves international agreements (in particular hardware, and turnkey industrial plants), as well as public labour agreements; analysis and selection of payment instruments, warranties, including banking and Public Institutions warranties and technology transfer agreements.

International Commercial Law “is the common set of principles and legal regulations which is aimed at standardizing the so-called branch of economy “international commerce”, which consists in the goods and service exchange generated between economic blocs or regions through every commercial physical or legal person, State or organization”.

The above has been caused by the globalization phenomenon and the development of new economic powers, which open their borders in order to provide their domestic markets with more competitive rates and generate exports to other economies, causing an implicit necessity of regulating those international relations.
