The variety of aspects covered in a great number of subjects, demands an interdepartmental work group , in order to optimize our services.
Each client is assigned to a work-group, and the lawyer in charge will coordinate all acts regarding this client. The communication between the client and our firm is fluent, and we provide immediate access to all information of a particular case.
Functionally it is structured in 3 Technical Departments (which correspond to each one of our main practice areas) and 2 Internal Departments (Administration and Financial).
- Corporate Law, International Trade and Foreign Investments Department.
The Department coordinates all activities in the above mentioned areas, specially focused on Foreign Investments which need jointly advise in the tree areas.
- Intellectual and Industrial Property and Competition Law Department.
The Department is specialized in advising on intellectual and industrial property matters, including administrative procedures, such as filing and registration, oppositions or cancellations actions, as well as on Competition Law, closely related to IP matters.
- Litigation and Arbitration Department.
The Department deals with disputes in our respective practice areas, in which our clients may become involved. We represent our clients before the Court of Justice in all our practice areas and we are also focused on arbitration and mediation.
